Mossel Bay robbers find their guilty verdict a real turn-on

CAPE TOWN — Being found guilty of theft had a rather strange effect on two robbers who began kissing and rubbing up against one another while their robbery trial in Mossel Bay was in full swing. The Daily Voice reported that witnesses and court orderlies were stunned as the couple got “hot and heavy”, with some orderlies saying they had never seen anything like it in all their years in court. Officials eventually pulled the two apart.
Some speculated that being found guilty might have had a rather arousing effect on the accused.
The couple were instructed to sit on opposite sides in the dock for the rest of the proceedings, which included their being found guilty of contempt of court and public indecency in addition to their robbery charge.
The couple have not yet been sentenced.
